We cannot see you spookjr. Have you been put on "global ignore" by the mods? That's the only other time I've seen this happen. I'm seeing your
posts by clicking on the "post reply" button and scrolling down to see the "topic review".
HIPPUS is the new improved HAARP? Is it an abreviation for something? I see you are not sure if that spelling is correct though. Anyone searching this
out should remember the spelling may be different.

Here is the trick. If you attempt to post and the thread is still short it shows up as a list of all the preceding posts.
This is where I captured spookyjr's posts. If you go to post just look under the box where you are typing and you should see his posts.
I have never seen this happen before and it makes my twilight zone meter jump really high!

If you were to take out one of the "P's" and make it HIPUS this is what I found.
Link here
This is from the site:
Hitachi Procurement Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HIPUS") ...
Doesn't really seem to go with the OP though.

Maybe he's under a post ban, but I don't know how that works.
I have never seen such an occurance as this. I think he sees his posts here. If he was under post ban then I wouldn't think his name would even
show up, ya know???
Maybe a Mod will clear it up for us.
My conspiritorial mind says it must be important!!!

Spookjr's posts are missing all over the site. I did a search on spookjr and was able to go to several threads where he had posted and none of them
are showing up. His posts were seen at some point because there are several replys directly to him.

The aforementioned trick to see the OPs posts is no longer working now that the thread is two pages and no longer "short".
As for definitions and spellings..... me being a healthcare worker...... maybe it stands for HIPAA and AARP and not HIPPUS and HAARP? LoL
AARP abbr. American Association of Retired Persons.
HIPAA is the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996
Okay.... now I feel like a disinfo agent agent or something. Back on topic.

He's probably referring to H.I.P.A.S.
(HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation)
HIPAS
Some of the research conducted at HIPAS is similar to the controversial HAARP project, and so the staff of the facility sometimes have to
answer the same questions from the public.

OK, I just got a U2U from our friend and I'm happy to say that he is still within our dimension.
He's gonna U2U me back to tell us what HIPPUS is.
I also told him to alert the staff.

Well, let's see what happens.
I wonder if something/one outside of ATS is somehow blocking his posts. As another member mentioned, all of his posts are gone from his profile as
well.
