If you were to take out one of the "P's" and make it HIPUS this is what I found.

I have never seen such an occurance as this. I think he sees his posts here. If he was under post ban then I wouldn't think his name would even show up, ya know???

Maybe a Mod will clear it up for us.

I dont think thats it. My friend said it was HIPPUS or HIPUS, and that it is the second generation of HAARP technology.
