I guess the executive/legislative branch argument wouldn't work here. How can he help fight the War on Terror when these activist judges keep
emboldening the enemy?
Hopefully, Bush will pardon Cheney and Gonzalez and give them both a medal of freedom. That is the only way to rectify this horrible abuse of
judicial power.

A South Texas grand jury has indicted Vice President Dick Cheney and former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales on charges related to the alleged abuse of prisoners in Willacy County's federal detention centers.(visit the link for the full news article)
The indictment criticizes Cheney's investment in the Vanguard Group, which holds interests in the private prison companies running the federal detention centers. It accuses Cheney of a conflict of interest and "at least misdemeanor assaults" on detainees by working through the prison companies.

I see that the judicial power is finally being used the way it was meant to be. There is nobody not even the POTUS that should be out of reach of the long arm of the law.
