Thread count higher than actual

Mods...forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

In my profile, it states that I have started 22 threads. In actuality, I have only started 3 threads. Why does it have the wrong number?

I can think of two reasons that your thread count may be off.

1. Complaints. Every time you file a complaint, it counts as a thread started because it actually does start a new thread in a staff only forum.

2. Board changes. You may have had threads early that would have been lost to changes in the structuring of the forums or when AP moved from, then was brought back into, ATS. I notice you didn't post much when you first joined way back in '04 but it is one possibility.

They're the two reasons that come to mind. May be others but I can't think of them at the moment.
