That's because the margin in the popular vote is not large enough to decide whether the President-elect is the antichrist or not. According to Section 13, Paragraph 18, at least 66.6% of votes is needed to decide the attribute.

If you google up both options, then the difference between the votes, or the number of web pages where Obama is linked to either case, is as follows:

OBAMA IS ANTICHRIST: 1,020,000

OBAMA IS NOT ANTICHRIST: 1,130,000
