I dont see how this article has to do with other countries cleaning up the mess. So far, I dont see really anyone in any signifigance in Iraq cleaning up anything, American or foreign.
BUt its an interesting read. Dunno how trustworthy as a source the Independant is, being somewhat of a left wing paper, and they did a bad job of giving out sources and the like. Security firms guarding armed convoys? That just doesnt sound legit, sorry. Guarding the homes of the wealthy and powerful, maybe.
