Doesn't behave like any conventional aircraft I've ever seen, looks almost like a hologram but it could be an effect from the camera.

Footage looks genuine to me _b

Dang it seems to be flying pretty close to that plane near the end.

The object does look very similiar to this video shot a couple of months ago.

I find these types of videos very frustrating. Over-zoomed focus and camera movement makes it virtually impossible to say what it is. There is no point of reference really to determine how far away it is. Not that I'm faulting the person taking the video. My hands shake pretty badly, so holding a camera still is very difficult for me, and I can imagine wanting to zoom in on something you see that seems outside of the norm, but I personally think this one is too vague to make any kind of reasonable determination.

Just my humble opinion, of course.

Filmed in California if I'm not mistaken?

Could it be a helicopter?

Some of the maneuvers it does make me think its not but you never know.
