think......no REALLY think about 1 thing that YOU want... truly want to know about-- feel it breathe it , TOUCH it smell it, in your mind --and you will truly know it. This is an exercise of visualization. do it over and over and youw ill become it.
visualize ........say a wild horse this way

and you will find yourself riding wild and free

your mind will try to disallow you to do this
it will send "triggers" to your body to "stop", because it is unacostume to this practice........
numbness, pain , distraction...........BUT, IF you continue on your quest, you will, in time, become that horse, I promise

Go wild and free ......it will take weeks of compromise and effort, but if you want it, you wll overcome
