Well those that know me will not be surprised I will not vote Obama, he is WORSE than Kerry.

I will not vote McCain, but I do like Palin.

I will vote Libertarian I think.

(Or write in Reagan)

Now you know.

That first star is from me....not for your post....but for your presence!

For the longest time I was in your position.

Can't stand McCain, and Obama was never an option.

Palin made the difference for me! That and the reaction of Hollywood, the MSM, and all the liberal elites on November 4th when McCain is announced the winner! That is all the reason I need to vote for McCain!

As things get worse around me, jobs go bye bye, dollar goes to crap, debt is harder to manage.....people laid off daily....and I keep thinking that I was promised Obama was going to make it better....

I see those that bought too much house get government help to refinance for 30 years at 2%, while I stick with my home at 1/3 the value and make the same damn mortgage payment!!!! Do I qualify? Nope, I actually bought something that was within my means...

Yeah Obama going to make it better.......lets see, now middle class tax hike! Wait you say Obama is going to make it better? He wouldn't raise taxes on the middle class? What the hell to you think Cap and Trade is.....its ok Obama going to make it better...

I am not mad at him, I am mad at my fellow citizens. How can they knowingly elect a socialist?

We are in deep .........^&%$. Our only hope is for a 2010 rebound and for a 'Reaganlike' politician to come along and reverse this crap. Time is short.

Ed Singer,
you just think for a minute who started the destruction of this country. Now that you realize it was Bush & Co., and you will admit it to me.....

I can tell you we didnt have very good pickins, did we???? I can also tell you that i think Obama is just an extension of Bush and the end of the spear for the NWO.

It would make me so happy if you saw my point.

Please make me happy.

It didn't start with Bush, That is what people want you to believe, Clinton was just as crappy. The economic collapse was not Bush's fault IMHO, he might have even delayed it but it was coming at some point nonetheless.

I still say for the most part Bush did a good job with what hand he was dealt......History will be kind to him I think.

Obama is not an extension of Bush, I thought maybe he was but he is not, you can tell by things that he is doing. example stopping the missile shield to appease the Russians.

I tell you what, I will somewhat agree with you in that our choices were limited, government is getting bigger now and the American dream is but a unattainable goal now unless you win the lottery or already are part of the uber rich...

I ran across something that I want you to look at, this is why Reagan is my favorite....

Reagan

I just wonder if those on ATS that thought Obama was the 'messiah' will now admit that they screwed up? Would make a good poll would it not?

Actually Reagan the president actor was the one that opened the door to the corporate take over that has screwed our nation and government right now.

So predictable after all private interest has run rampant since then.

Even Obama is a puppet to private interest, he is not socialist and he will never had in his agenda to take over anything, to be run by government, bailouts under Obama had the same purpose as the one under Bush, to protect the too big to fail and enrich the pockets of those that move the campaign money around.

OUr nation system of governemtn is joke at the expenses of the tax payer and american people.

Hell not!!!! how can you forget about the disastrous Reganomics common Ed, I was a young mother and wife back during the Regan era, yes he did wonders to the military but hell he screw the nation economically with his Trickedown economics that still is used today and is the reason we the tax payer are paying for the big and filthy wealthy from losing their wealth AKA banking system.

Common ed.

Believe what you will but Reaganonics WORKED. It did not entail the Clinton tax raise, W did some to stop it but alas time caught up. You can not loan people money that Will not repay it.

IF you look at where we stood in 1980 and then again in 1988, you would understand. But I am afraid you have bought into the jargon that government is the solution and not the problem.

History understands what Reagan did no matter the liberal cries of doom.

NO you get your "favorite son' Just look at what Obama is doing. If I remember right your husband is a marine, ask him how he likes Obama...

Lets take from those who have (whether they have earned it or not and give it to those who did NOT earn it). Its the American dream right?

Reagan was an actor that thought he could play president while been bought by big interest just like all the president after him.

He had to back off of most of his plan because the nation was going to fall into chaos.

Still we always been robbed to pay for those under us, or you forget Medicare or Medicaid, tell my who do you think those two entitlement programs are for.

My husband is retired so it doesn't matter to us who gets health care or not because we get government one.
and is pretty good.

Still I am against any reform that is nothing than another take over for private interest without a public option and mandatory, (people are fighting for the wrong reason this has nothing to do with government taking over health care at all) and a reform to the two entitlement programs we have.

Smell the stench my friend our government is run by private interest, the banking system and now even foreign interest from oversea.

We the people are the losers when it comes to any goverment we have.
