in response to the closed thread about ATS

I believe you, moderators and staff, are stepping too far over the line. This is not "your" site. Not anymore. If we could all walk away because of small injustices in the name of privacy and civility, we would be a great species. Do you want people to abide, or do you want true denial of ignorance?

You have no right to censor us when WE make you. We're not your property. I don't care what the norms of society dictate... we are going to solve the problems of society with or without you, ATS.

You pay for this space? I'd like to see how much ATS can shell out if people stopped coming. At the height of human ignorance, denying ignorance costs ignorance as well? Wow I've woken up in a crazy and contradictory world.

It's sort of refreshing to see that things never change around here.

The exact same "issue" comes up a few times a year, yet the numbers keep growing.

Sympathy to the mods. Y'all don't get paid enough.
