Military aircraft crashes in Saskatchewan

www.cbc.ca

A military aircraft is reported to have crashed at the 15 Wing base in Moose Jaw, Sask.

An official at the base said there was a crash but would not provide any details.

There is also a report of a parachute opening over a field.

Debbie Noble, a civilian who lives outside the base, said that she saw a black cloud of smoke over a field and there were military vehicles and fire trucks at the scene.

There's not much info out there yet about what caused the crash as officials haven't released any details.

Apparently a pilot was able to eject as a parachute was seen over a field.

I'll update this later when more info is provided. If anybody else finds any articles or info about this military aircraft crash post them here.

Probably another Snow Bird. That is where they are based and do their maneuvers. They usually crash one or two a year.
