This White guy can't really claim it to be his though, all he did was photograph it, the propr guys made it.

And you ask if this can be considered as art?
Didn't go to the opening of the London Tate Gallery then?
(Dead horse hung upside down) It's a very, very strange world.

It's not really a hoax.

If Charlie white had these monsters made and photographed them to put them out as proof of monsters then yeah it would be a hoax.

But he's using it as an artistic form of expression, and not telling people "Oh this is a real head of an alien creature that was killed!". So really it's not a hoax, it's just someone stumbling across his work deciding it's real and trying to convince others it is.

And to ladycool21 ,

If he bought them from the people that made them he has all the rights to it, and it is his. Therefore he can, and does claim it as his.

Your argument is similiar to saying a painter can't claim their painting as theirs, because they made neither the paint, canvas, or brushes used to make the painting. They simply arranged the paint, with the tools in a specific manner, much like Charlie white aranged the latex creations/dolls, people and objects in his photo's.
