I agree with this. Simply because they say it'll lower Welfare-spending. But then again with every solution to a problem comes a new problem. And that problem is reflected in this quote:

"...the Jessica Simpson of the Louisiana legislature--is known for bone-headed ideas...there's nothing funny about resurrecting heinous ideas, the same ideas that led to forced sterilization of the poor and mentally ill and disabled in the country...It's also an idea that Nazi Germany carried to a horrible extreme.

Yes he wants to ummm sterilize the poor and give tax credit to parents of private school students.
What a great selfless man huh.
