Biden, Obama votes kept 'Bridge to Nowhere' alive

DEWEY BEACH, Delaware (CNN) -- Although Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden routinely mocks his Republican counterpart, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, for her onetime support of the infamous "Bridge to Nowhere," Biden and his running mate voted to keep the project alive twice.

Both Biden and Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama voted to kill a Senate amendment that would have diverted federal funding for the bridge to repair a Louisiana span badly damaged by Hurricane Katrina, Senate records show.

Just another example of how we are all being played against each other, although I cannot stand Palin as a person, I am fair when criticizing ALL politicians. We have NO choices in this election, just different fictional characters to align ourselves with, while the elite continue to laugh and give each other our money.

I won't hold my breath waiting for the posters that denounced the other CNN articles I've posted criticizing Palin as MSM smears, to do the same for Obama.

And both Biden and Obama have gone on record nailing Palin for contributing to the same thing when they both put this bridge into play, ripping off millions from taxpayers.

Yup, they're just playing games with us like they do every 4 years. It's starting to get pretty damned insulting that they take us all for such fools, and pretty damned scary that for the most part they're right.
