An all-white jury of 12 was chosen to decide the fate of OJ Simpson who faces trial on kidnapping and armed robbery charges that could see the former football star jailed for life.

WHY did they do this???

Do they just want him to appeal a conviction if they find him guilty?

You now damn well that if he IS convicted of these charges he is going to yell "FOUL" and will appeal due to the fact that he was convicted by an all-white jury!

i couldn't agree more...it's as if the system is playing with the guy rather than just committing one way or another; but considering he tries to work the system himself too bad.

I still find it hard to believe that both his defense lawyer and the prosecution let this happen...maybe one of them has a strategy involving a jury of this make-up, but considering all the issues O.J. has had with the law, you would think someone would know better...or due diligence would prevail.
