More like they can not film it operating because it DOES NOT WORK. and are photos of something else.

I read the same in russian sources. This is just an experimental device,
not more. So its too early to talk about anything practical cause its
too far from weapon. I think the purpose of publication is to challenge us
sciense but us not military.

We have had EMP weapons in R&D for a very long time here in the US. DARPA has been working on a small stealth UAV to drop these things, and even using this tech in a ICBM shield. Russia is nothing but painted rust and BS.

I wouldnt be surprised if Russian technological superiority triumphs once again lol. The Russians have always been great when it came to technology especially on the field of space and military. laser cannons etc where their specialties. They were good electronically and in communications. especially their superior weapons systems. quite impressive a great technological marvel. The American propaganda though was that Russia was inferior, and some people here actually buy it. See that concept is wrong becuase the west would have never gotten hold of russian tech, so they couldnt really tell wether is was great or not lol.. tha they t just say and assume for the governments own beneficial and a way to insure the american audience that Russia stinks and we rock. they said the same thing with Russia's first space adventure on the space frontier. The idea that Russia being technological behind is propaganda and false. because otherwise they would have never have created awesome weaponry and sophisticated military appliances. Not onlly that but this propaganda and ideology dates back to the cold war. where western propaganda was "Russia is inferior in aspects of electronics". Which is entirely not true, becuase the west never sustained any information on russian technology becuase the russians always kept to themselves. not even western spies can infiltrate and steal technologies lol. kgb agents had a difficult time becuase their accent sound eastern european lol. and the western spies sound english. so the idea is false, and the west would have never known about russian electronics becuase they never worked or took any part of it. aside from downgraded russian technology, which never even shown full russian technological capacity. Russia was never behind in electronics, common sense as well, becuase no western scientist ever looked inside a russian electronic component or electronics systems from the russian military aside from downgraded exports. plus there was deep hate for the soviet union which led people to write bias false information about something which they dont have, to examine or what they dont have from russian technology whatsoever. everything is based on assumptions, even though they knew nothing about the capabilities of the electronic components pr anything on what it is or what is on the inside.
