Im from a third world country (Pakistan), and would you believe it, I fought a kid for Pepsi. I just stole the thing from him and ran like crazy cause i liked Pepsi. But when i came to USA 8 years ago i started drinking like a coc aine addict stumbles upon a DEA warehouse. Now i know that these sodas had drugs in them and they had me addicted to them. I still can't believe i fought a kid for Pepsi. Shameful indeed.

HFCS isn't the best thing in the world for you but it's better then plain sugar as it causes less of an insulin reaction then sugar.

I once heard from a trusted friend that a man protested outside of an all natural co-op store. He marched around carrying a sign reading: "HFCS KILLS!" I thought he was overreacting. But now....
My god...
Great find. (well i mean horrible find, but good job.) A star for your troubles.

There are over 35 years of HARD empirical evidence of refined man-made fructose metabolizing to triglycerides and adipose tissue, UNLIKE the fructose molecule linked to a glucose molecule, found in sucrose (cane or beet), which is converted to blood glucose.

Sucrose raises blood glucose and then crashes it, below fasting baseline, within 25 minutes of ingestions -- A FACT.

HFCS or crystalline fructose or hydrolyzed fructose from inulin, convert to triglycerides and adipose tissue, within 60 minutes of ingestion, not blood glucose -- A FACT.

The cheapest ingredient in the American food chain (profit factor) after air, water and salt is HFCS -- A FACT.

In 1970, zero pounds of HFCS existed in the U.S. food chain, or the SEMANTICALLY legislated equivalent in the EU, 'iso-glucose,' which is High Fructose Wheat Or Beet Syrup. Today HFCS is about 68 pounds per year per person in the USA -- FACT.

In 2005, if one looks at the actuarial curve on cardiovascular disease, obesity, hypoglycemia, and diabetes, they all parallel HFCS increase in the food chain -- A FACT.

Corn starch converted to a man-made molecule falsely called 'fructose' is NOT sugar from cane or beet or metabolized the same -- A FACT.

MDs have no nutritional or metabolic training in med school -- A FACT.

MDs have no methodology in their teaching to prevent, as opposed to only treat -- A FACT.

Does HFCS significantly contribute to ill health in the U.S. food chain? Yes, follow the insurance companies scrambling in actuarial panic with a sudden and unexplained spike in heart attack death pay-outs among baby boomers ingesting too much HFCS and telling MDs to warn patients to get off soda and HFCS-laden prducts, for profit -- A FACT.
Above is from Dr. Mercola's website.

HFCS may not spike your sugar the way sucrose does, but it has many other systemic effects. Honestly sugar should be drastically minimized too.

she forgot to tell her how it makes everyone fat, because its in everything... the dope. the power of propaganda is demonstrated here well.

found a funny comment on youtube:

"You don't care what these kids eat, huh?"
"Excuse me?"
"Those are cyanide capsules."
"So?"
"Well, you know what they say about ingesting cyanide capsules."
"What do they say?"
"I... uhh..."
"You mean how cyanide is naturally found in nature. That's is safe in appropriate doses and part of the body's chemical makeup?"
"So.. nice shirt. I didn't do any research on this so my ignorance must mean that the product is safe for consumption."

I just drink beer to pass away the side effects from the planning of our water and other things that the nwo got going. Only way I can feel good btw. It sucks though cuase im a alcohi. If you can deal with the side effects
it twists up the poison enough where Im not at the level they want me to be. Free. If scientists can come up with all the rest the # they can come up with beer that dont give hang overs. talk about a conspiracy. apparently THEY dont want us to be on a drunk level. To me any way Drunk = happy. Sober = sad. GOD loves us and he wants us to feel good and work. Train the user to work and take away the hang over. tada. You get rid of allot of problems like stealing for drugs and stuff.

Now I am no scientist, but hasn't it been proven that corn syrup is processed and modified to the point where the body recognizes high fructose corn syrup as being already in a digested state, thus making it harder for your body to break it down or get rid of it before it becomes fat?

Isn't that the problem?

Isn't that the Pharmaceutical scam with the FDA - that they make us all fat and sick so we depend more on their deadly manufactured pills?

What was wrong with sugar? You know that natural stuff that grew in Hawaii?

To good for us, so they had to make something to reduce the population a little quicker and profit off our demise at the same time?

What about Rumsfeld and Nutrasweet?

As long as there is money involved and Government regulators are in bed with Big Pharma and Big Corporate - we are all at risk!

I like how they say it's fine "in moderation"...which you can't eat it in, because it is in every piece of food and every sweetened drink you've had for the past 10 years. I get all my snacks at the local asian market, because many foreign snacks are free of the stuff.

I saw this last night when I walked by my sister watching television and was absolutely peeved for hours.

The person who doesn't like high fructose corn syrup was overweight and stupid and the person who did like it was thin as a whistle and smart. It's as offensive as the Cialis commercials that show the happy couples sitting on chairs in a small platform with a very long ramp that makes them look like testicles connected to an aroused penis.

Anyway, sugar in and of itsself is not terrible, but not really supposed to be a regular part of a diet, hence diabetes. Also, the sugar we get, much as the flour, is refined and bleached, a process which removes the majority of the nutrients in both, and leaves them with little nutritional value, but better flavor (in somes opinions). I personally prefer "live" sweeteners such as stevia or maple syrup, but still when you have a generally sweet diet you are exposing yourself to risk of diabetes and obesity as well as other metabolic syndromes. As i posted before, every animal in the world has a diet of either clean fresh meat, or clean fresh vegetation, and as such ours should be the same, with only occassional contrived foods for treats. No processed meats, no refined carbs. If you want to eat these things, well thats fine, but get used to thinking of such things as diabetes, obesity, etc as normal.

Awesome. Well, if doctors choose camels, then so do I. I took the 30 day challenge and ya know what? They really do agree with my throat!

Thanks doctors!

High Fructose Corn Syrup is banned in Europe and Aspertame has been banned in Hawaii...we know they are trying to poison us to just make us sick enough to be future cash cows or dead cows, it doesn't really matter which it is as long as we all realize that "nanny" really cares.

As a diabetic from the damage done by a autoimmune disorder (Sarcoidosis)

The one thing that will raise blood sugar levels faster then anything else is high fructose corn syrup.
Nothing else is more dangerous for a diabetic.
Just go to any diabetic forum and ask about HFCS

High Fructose Corn Syrup=Weapons Grade Sugar

Usually if something is bad for rats.. its bad for humans too.. We are both mammals.. Lab rats are used for testing more then any other animal for a reason.. I beleive HFCS is banned in europe and UK
www.zijamoringahealth.com... hfcs.wordpress.com...

If anyone from UK and EU could verify this as well...
