Plaquemines Parish President tells residents to Evacuste!

An East Bank levee is being topped due to rising waters in the aftermath of Gustav. An urgent plea is going out to all residents in the area to leave now!

The levee is near the St. Bernard Parish line and is a private levee (not part of the federal levee system) known as the Caernarvon Diversion Levee.

so your not sharing the name of the State or Country or part of the world
this is happening in, and we have to click the links to find out.
It could be ANYWHERE that has water AND a levee and not even in the path of this hurricane.
The hurricane is not just one mile wide, and heading to a VERY specific location........so what your talking about could be ANYWHERE on the South American continent of the lower United States.
Its very kind of me to take the time and try and teach you HOW to be a decent reporter of news....for this report you get a D-

Ahhhh, just a thought but maybe it is where the Hurricane is currently over land. Well that would be my guess without reading the news story.
