I think it's more the compression algorithm not liking flesh tones. If what happened to his face in the video actually happened, I think the guy
interviewing him would've freaked out just a little bit.
Wow. Its definitely just a video anomaly. Even so, thats one of the craziest ones I've seen. Those sort of things usually correct themselves after
a couple seconds, but this one keeps on going. Either way, interesting vid.
