Is a full scale rebellion in order?

Would it be a good idea if perhaps the entire world went on a full scale rebellion would the govornments start to kill the entire population or would we be "fixed" as a country.

Because i was reading a thread earlier and the topic was changing to a full scale rebbellion and whether it woulkd be a good idea and everyone who replied agreed.

i think it would be a good idea the whole world standing up to the bullies [govornments] something needs to be changed in my opinion

what do you think is it time for a full scale rebellion?
