Is it really that suprising in the slightest? The man is a snake. He took the most prosperous african nation and turned it into a hell hole of poverty and despair. He kicked out the majority of the people growing his food, and left his people to starve.

people people, don't point your fingers at the wrong person or place

listen, all money sent from govt. to foreign nations goes to dictators, U.S. puppets or evil african leaders. The money NEVER gets to the people.

If money actually went to the people, the U.S. would probably stop financing these nations.
