There's a lot of photos here, so allow time to let them all load up

Well I'm attempting to recover from my trip to the MUFON Symposium this last weekend as I feel physically drained but mentally re-energized, (I know, doesn't make much sense to me either). Wanted to share just a few shots with you prior to my making a public thread (probably in the ATS MIX arena).

I showed up on Thursday for the Field Investigators Symposium (not available to the general public), after being stuck in traffic for about four hours from two accidents. So it didn't matter that I had left at (5) five am to beat the traffic, but fortunately I only ended up missing the opening ceremonies.

As I'm running in the Hotel, I finally found a huge graphic poster detailing where to go for the "Investigators Training". I found out later that one of ATS's very own members by the name of ZeroGhost created this great graphic. Thats him and his "significant other" below the graphic. They wanted me to be sure to say "hello" to all you members...

The room was filled with about 200 investigators that received their revised and updated new "field and reporting binder". There was definitely electricity in the air as this Symposium featured not only necessary information but some great guests (that even impressed me).

We got to hear from the likes of Chuck Modlin who not only is a part of the UFO Crash Recovery team, but also once worked with various different "Alphabet Agencies" with a Top Secret Clearance. He also was head of a number of secret projects involving lasers near S-4, and lastly being employed at Lawrence Livermore Labs. Chuck's extensive background includes radiation, radar systems, navigational aids, missile systems, telemetry, lasers, electronic sensing devices, video monitoring and many other technologies. His discourse was on how to treat an area where a landing or crash may have happened, what to worry about to not contaminate an area, and how to protect yourself from radiation (hazmat suits, respirators, etc.) (Below shot is of MUFON California Director my buddy Ruben Uriarte with MUFON's James Carrion to the right introducing Chuck Modlin to the podium).

This is Chuck Modlin, talk about a wealth of information, and the stories he shared after his part of the Symposium were mind-boggling. Even 'skeptics' would've had their eyebrows tweaked upwards and jaws dropping with what he shared privately to me. Simply put, he's a man that has been privy to some very classified events/scenarios, not to mention that he has been involved with a number of... (shhhhh.. I can't say anymore.. sorry)!

There were many guest speakers including Brad Sparks who spoke about the collecting and verifying of Aviation Pilot reports, and Leslie Kean who writes for the New York Times, Boston Globe and many other established newspapers on the UFO Phenomena. But two other guests in particular really had caught my attention and ear and I awaited to hear what they had to say. One was Marc D' Antonio who besides doing CGI work for the Alphabet agencies, film and television companies, also is a field investigator. Why am I impressed by him? He is one of the few with visual aids able to show how easy it is to hoax the public (and us researchers too) with incredible CGI that looks very lifelike. As an example he whipped up in less than an hour a CGI Drone that looked very familiar to the current series of "Drone's". He showed how to be able to be suspect of what you were seeing and what those tell-tell signs were/are. I learned more in that hour than I've learned in the past five years about CGI. And yes, he thinks/claims all of the drones are CGI, including the close-up shots of the ones that are sitting on a table and showed us all how he came to those conclusions. (The key is not just in the shadows, but also the "radiosity" texturing).

Now I've thoroughly enjoyed myself so far, but the last guest was the best for me as he was the featured headliner for us. And I'm speaking about Budd Hopkins. The "abduction" experiences he shared were mind-blowing and he also was a very kind man that entertained questions and queries for several hours after the Symposium was over. What a wonderful way to conclude the day!

Now of course what I'm sharing is solely a brief summary of what we experienced during our Field Investigators training and I can't wait to listen to everything again and again since I recorded each speaker.

And that pretty much concluded Thursday. I had to rush back that night as I had a dentist appointment on Friday. But I returned on Saturday where again I was blown away by a list of impressive guests.

By the way, I ran into Jordan Maxwell and Dr. Roger Lier that wanted to know where Mark Allin (Springer) and Dave Rabbit were? After my explaining the reason for their absence we all shared a moment of silence in their honor

One of the funny things that happened on Saturday was that I was informed that George Noory's flight was delayed and would I be willing to go up and kill some time on stage until he showed up. Well I'm always up to a challenge and so went on stage to get the proper mic levels and to get properly stage-lit. Thats Robert Michell standing next to me that handles all the Audio-Video productions for these large events and also travels world-round to capture and document phenomena.

Now what I didn't know was that this was all a big put-on by my buddies. Here is my pal in charge of security, Jim Demanche, getting ready to escort me out of the building (no handcuffs were involved). Everyone had a good laugh, as apparently I turned several shades of pale-white with the prospects of having to speak to a group of George Noory fans...!

But of course the joke was on me as George Noory was backstage and waiting to get introduced by his producer. But he did grant me a photo with him.

Here's my buddy Rob Michell (who by the way was with "Team ATS in Roswell" with Springer and Crakeur). Rob does a great job with the production-end and all the behind-the-scenes work that makes these events a pleasure to attend. And he is as funny as hell too...

But very quickly.. Let me point out that the Symposium took up 3 huge rooms for the speakers to lecture in. The shot below is just one-fourth of the large venue of people listening to the speakers.

I will say this, that out of all the video footage I saw there and many were very impressive, the footage from Fresno California presented by Victor Camacho (if the name sounds familiar, he's one of our UFO Sightings reporter on the ATS MIX for all of the latin and Spanish reports) was by far the one that everyone in the audience went WOW on. It was approximately a minute long of some four foot tall skinny (almost tubular) sized creature slip through the wrought-iron gate and proceed to walk in the direction of the overhead Infrared security camera. As it approaches it passes by a tree and has almost a side to side stepping sequence to it. It cast a shadow all the time and as it kept getting closer, you begin to see a head, then big dark eyes and what also appears to maybe be wings that were draped behind it (this is my personal conjecture on the wings part). I swear this thing looked just like a large "preying mantis" but walking upright with it's front arms tucked up close to the chest (and again four feet tall). It had been under scrutiny and analysis and determined that it was not CGI. It was wild looking!!!!

By the way.. I just have to include this as I'm fascinated with anything "anti-gravity" related. This is one of those "lifters" actually hovering by use of a Ka-Zillion watts of electricity being introduced (ok.. maybe a slight stretch there on the amount of electricity :lol
.

OK.. Who did Johnny bump into and rub elbows with at the Symposium? Well I'm sure you'll recognize some if not most of these names and faces.

UFO HUNTERS Pat Uskert

Past ATS MIX Interviewed Guests George Knapp and Colm Kelleher

Remote Viewing/Sensing guru Russell Targ

Dr. Richard Haines (NARCAP)

Dr. Anthony Choy (from Peru)

John Greenwald (the Black Vault)

Past ATS MIX Interviewed Guest Dr. Roger Lier (Implant Removal Specialist)

Ted Roe (NARCAP)

Patrick Bailey (NASA Scientist) and Jordan Maxwell (Illumunati Specialist)

Anyway, met and ran into some of the other following people that included Nick Pope (Ex-MOD), Dr. Michael Sala (ExoPolitics), Les Velez (Abuctions), Rosemary Ellen Guiley (Shadow-People investigator/author), Gary Voss (TapTen Research, antigravity), and way too many other wonderful people that I could easily fill this page with. And yes, all are willing to come on the show for an interview, it's just the scheduling that we have to work out.

And although I could go on and on.. I'll attempt to save some bandwidth. But it was an experience I'll never forget.. Including getting permission to get on the rooftop to look through my Night Vision devices for bogeys (which was witnessed by four other folks from MUFON).

An excellent report. Thank you very much for it. The Mufon meeting was very interesting, and drew out top players in UFOlogy.

You were the biggest star there my friend, excellent accounting of an event that sounds like one of the best.

I will look forward to the interviews as you get your schedule arranged to accomodate all of the great possibilities.

Take care and hear you soon on the atsmix!

Wow, I have to say that the "mantis" film looks more than interesting, and certainly grabbed me...is there any information as to whether this is going to be released any time soon (and not just in shakycam footage from the symposium)?

It seems like this is way beyond the typical "bug on the lens" nonsense that we get swamped with. For a start, the "creatures" actually cast shadows.

Johnny, do you have any pull in getting this released? I for one would love to see the proper footage, and I can guarantee that until it is released there will be a million people saying "it must be CGI if they are not willing to release it!" (you know how it goes).

I'm also intrigued by the description of the CGI recreation - I have to admit, although the CHAD probes were very good, there was always that little niggle in my head that they were just too good and most likely CGI. It would be interesting to know if there are any resources on the web that can show his demonstration of DIY high-end CGI.

Anyhoo, good stuff, thanks!

As this is happening again this weekend I started a thread on it the other day.

UFO Symposium in Santa Maria

I am still a little puzzled at the lack of feedback from the community.

Me too, I thought more people would have been on here by now.

I figured lots of folks would have commented on the "preying mantis" film. Maybe everyone is too busy arguing about Billy Meier. Gah, give them gold and they fight over the tin foil wrapper

Are you going to the event? If you have a camera, see if you can film any of the presentations (if that is allowed, I have no idea). Such an interesting event, seems a shame there's no direct feed film online anywhere...

Oh, just read your other post and realised you aren't attending. Surely someone is?

so much for participation in this thread. this should be put into the "name dropping' thread.
what was the point to starting this thread? (showing off?)

a bet a lot of people here would be very interested to hear what the day's topics were...
or any info to be passed along.

YA!!! That is pretty cool video. Walks a little like a puppet on a string but worth thinking about for a bit longer.

I wish I could just edit my last post but I want to let you know that there is a sort of discussion thread about the "mantis" video in this thread:
