I was hoping to see the solid rocket booster separation before the end of the video. It probably happened within a few seconds after the end.

Nice find. If I was on that plane I'd tell the pilot to turn around and hitch a ride.


On a side note, I always thought they had to have a much bigger no fly zone during launches...Shows how much I know

I agree, this was a stunning video, LiquidMirage and an interesting perspective to say the least. I have never had the good fortune to see a launch in person either. My first thought as well was regarding the fly/no fly zone. I'm sure it is further away than it looks.
