Cop Fired For Exposing Citizen-Officer Program

He contends he was fired in violation of the Arkansas Whistleblowers Act after complaining about a citizen-officer program Lindsey hoped to implement. Barrows had previously filed suit in federal court, but that case was dismissed May 9.
