I'm sorry about not posting an opinion, I didn't want to waste space. I am personally shocked. They have been taking land in the name of eminent domain for water, waste, gas lines,... The government is also allowing "Protected Wetlands" to be used for this purpose, in this time and age it blows my mind

People never fail to disappoint me.

Doesn't seem too hard to come to a solution...

Just make the employees of the water treatment plants sign non-disclosure agreements, swearing that they won't give the chemical lists to other companies.

More likely, the companies don't want to disclose the fact that they're pumping toxic crap into the water table, and it's got nothing to do with trade secrets.

On the subject of trade secrets - this is such a crock of #. The right of a company to profit is not NEARLY as important as the public right to health and safety. Companies can mask so many of their dirty dealings by claiming secrecy is necessary for them to profit. Am I the only one who thinks they shouldn't be allowed to make a dime, if by doing so they potentially poison people?
