A Honduran citizen is accused in a local murder, and though the United States and the Republic of Honduras have an extradition treaty, that pact does not require Honduras to extradite its nationals to the United States...Police believe he fled to his native country after stabbing Williams to death and throwing her body out of his third-floor apartment window on Main Street.
