I believe this has been brought up before. It's a fake. You can tell it was rendered just by the way the being moves, and the shadow that appears when the man opens the door is extremely awkward and appears to be looped. It's a decent CG display, though.

Ya...some pretty good animation perhaps and its incredible how good some of the CGI's are nowdays.

I saw a video interviewing the guy who made this, he MoCapped the motion which is why it looks so realistic. It MAY be the same dude who did the Haiti video tho not 100% sure, but there is a video of him talking about how he made this.
