Obama gets elected and pulls the troops out.Thats great for families and Americans.The spending on the war would cease most likely.What happens to
Iraq???Leaving this place like it is now,and i doubt much will be different there in 16 months.What happens to Iraq?Maybe some don't care,but since
we invaded this place would be destabilized.

You shouldn't worry too much, I believe Obama recently said he will make his decision on withdraw based on what the generals say. Come on, we all
know we are not leaving anytime soon.

What will happen? The troops will come home, the Army will mend its wounds and repair its equipment.
There will still be out posts and bases in Iraq, there will still be a large military presence in Suadi, there will still be a Carrier Group in the
straight, the Air Force will still fly CAPs.
If a hot spot arises assests will dart across the border and put it down then head back.
We will hold the perimeter so to speak.
