Civl recovery nwo

I was in a boots branch when i was wrongfully identified as a shoplifter they took me round back and unlawfully obtained my details they issued me with a notice telling me they were out to seek costs and that they will be sending me a fine but more intresting is the logo at the top of the letter heres a picture...

and i dont think i will be paying this fine..............
