Earth's Cries Recorded in Space

news.yahoo.com

Earth emits an ear-piercing series of chirps and whistles that could be heard by any aliens who might be listening, astronomers have discovered.

The sound is awful, a new recording from space reveals.

Wow, I didn't know Earth emitted sounds into space. Could this be the reason why Aliens don't come to our planet often, because they can't stand the noise. Is this why disclosure isn't happening as soon as we thought?

You should read the thread where someone posted a link to Saturns sounds or was it some other planet. Sounds awesome

I'm trying to get the video/audio link to work and it just sits there. Hopefully it will come through soon.

In the meantime, ALL planets emit something.

There were releases some years back of these sounds and I have one of them on CD. The CD is titled "Symphonies of the Planets 1," and it says they are recordings from Voyager. I think there are 5 CDs in total, but I only have the first one.

The only thing I don't like about the CDs, is that they don't specify the origins of the sounds, or specific planets. But it's neat to listen to it anyway.

Ok I finally got to listen to the link's audio/video file. I'm disappointed. Some guy was talking throughout the whole thing and you could barely hear the actual recording. Then he goes on to hint that this is all "new." Total BS. It's not new.

They've been recording things like this for years.

Yea, I heard the guy talking and I turned it off, big disappointment.

But, I posted this because I didn't know and there are probably some people who don't know also....

Thanks for the comments.

I think it sounds pretty cool actually, like a bunch of birds chirping I like it

Maybe that's why they DO come here often... you never know.

No it's cool that it got posted. I'm not knocking that.

What I'm picking on is the misinformation by the male voice in the audio file. He makes it seem like some new fangled idea and it's not.

I hate it when they try to fool people. When things are "new" and/or "improved," most often are really just the same old thing with an extra adjective added.

What I find interesting is the line that says"The flat beam could be detected by aliens who figured it out researchers say." What makes that kinda interesting is that alien life is sort of a given now.

The sound of Earth may be awful because of what we've done and are doing to it and each other.

Gaia theory may be 100% fact. Poor planet must be screaming out in pain rather than the pure harmony it should be singing.

Perhaps being able to listen to Earth song is the key to living in peace with ourselves and nature.

Tricky63, quite right.. well spotted.

lol, come on, a planet which has withstood meteors, ice ages etc is now crying out to space cos of us, seriously man

Maybe that is why there has been a surge in UFO sightings lately... They think we may be in serious pain and screaming in unison.

I would like to think there may be one caring, peaceful, race out amongst the stars somewhere, that would like to help.
The others just came to watch the carnage lol.

The other day I posted a quick message how the Sun, the Earth, the Moon, and all planets are sphere speakers in this thread:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

But I wasn't just talking about "sound" I was talking about magnetic interactions which could be converted to sound.

This is really amazing, does anyone know what causes the sounds? Our magnetic fields or something?

Ganymede magneto sphere sounds

Holy dammit
Follow that link, and click on ganymede.. and sit back and listen.

There seems to be voice transmission in between the sounds.. No jokes here folks, there seems to be some type of voice active in this transmission.

Have a listen!

Ah yes spacesounds was the link I was referring to. It's pretty cool.
But keep in mind that those sounds are rendered from electromagnetic radiation (or something like that).
It's perfect for some sci-fi movie

How do they know it could be detected by aliens?

What makes them think aliens are even trying to listen for something like this?

Maybe they "hear" things in a totally different way!

Seems to me like they are jumping to conclusions there.
