Vehicles Vandalized With Political Messages

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Racial slurs targeting Barack Obama were discovered spray painted Saturday night on dozens of city vehicles in Orlando. The vandalism happened in a City of Orlando parking lot on the corner of South and Orange.

Phrases including "Oboma smoks crack" and other phrases with racial slurs were written in blue spraypaint on the white city cars and trucks. Other vehicles appeared to have had their gas tanks tampered with.

I guess it IS about race for some people.
Not surprisingly though, they couldn't even spell "Obama" right.

I somehow doubt these were Hillary fans in spite of the cards left on the windshield stating their support for the Clintons. Not that there isn't a lot of hurt feelings in the Democratic party right now.

Could just be another attempt at division by some desperate groups.

How do you know this wasn't paid (or non-paid) Obama supporter(s) that did this in aims to make it look like poor Obama is a victem because he is half Black?

Obama probably even told them to leave the 'e' off the word smoke to make it look like some uneducated White person who is clinging to their guns and religion.

Why do you think most Black persons (not all though) are voting for Obama? Yeahp, because of his race and just because he is Black.

I guess it is about race for some people.

I have to agree, I don't think there are many white people that don't know how to smell a simple word like "smoke".

But also, just because it's racism vs. blacks, why is it automatically assumed a white did it? A Hispanic or Asian could have very well done it. I know some Asians and Mexicans who are in gangs and are very racist towards black people.

What kind of racist, idiotic tripe is that? Mispelling a word, even the simpliest of words, is not something indicative to certain races. Please peruse the forums here, you will see mispelling galore; being that the most Americans are white, most of those making the mistakes here in the forums are white.

I have a feeling things will heat up even more with Obama, Hillary, and McCain amongst the populace to the point Bush will say..."Now ,,I have to serve another term and impose a few Presidential Directives."

I don't see any racial slurs.. wonder what they where.. all I see is Obama smok(e)s crack. And I don't know mr. Obama well enough to say he does or does not smok(e) crack.

But I guess the evil white people (or latino .. I am yet to meet a Mexican that likes black people..) that spray painted said supposed racial slurs will make me feel bad enough to vote socialist this coming election!

Hmm, that grafitti looks to be about the same quality that i myself can muster, although of course i never made political commentary or anything like that.

It's because of people like these the administration comes down so heavily on people expressing themselves through grafitti.

Still, i suppose a good idea is a good idea, however you choose to implement it.

This was the first thought that came to mind for me as well. Fake Hate Crimes are not all that unconceivable if you do a little reserch..

So what seems simpler?

The fact that racism exists in the united states so rampantly that its one of the major reasons that other countries scoff us, consequently a bunch of hillbillies with nazi/KKK mentalities say "aint no black boy iz gunna be prezident!" and went and vandalized a bunch of cars.
See, alot of vandalism also comes from the same 'types' of people that cause hate crimes.

I'm not in denial about racism being Alive and Well in America, but it's a two way street. You're the one in denial if you really don't believe black people are just as racist or even moreso than other ethnic groups. Take the overwhelming black vote for Obama as an example. I sincerely doubt they thought Obama's platform was 90% better than Hillary's..

And here we go again with the "blacks support obama cuz he's black".
