NK Shows Signs of Ending The Race to Nuclear Arms

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea was set to destroy the cooling tower at its main nuclear reactor plant on Friday as a sign of its commitment to stop making plutonium for atomic bombs.
The planned demolition of the 60-foot (20-meter) tall gray tower was a gesture in response to concessions from the US, after the delivered a declaration Thursday of its nuclear programs under an agreement at international arms talks.

Very Nice, Now we should feel alot safer at home. But could this demolition just be something to clear the way for more plants, or underground installations? Possibly, its all speculation now until our boys at the CIA can slip in there and get some good intel.
