In an interesting change of policy, North Korea appears to be cooperating with requests to dismantle it's nuclear capability in dramatic fashion. The
blowing up of a cooling tower on Friday will be purely symbolic but will be quite a show.
I have also heard that there may be some negotiating to officially end the Korean War between the N.Korean and the United States.
So if this continues and N. Korea abandons it's nuclear program, will the Bush administration be hailed for it's handling of the North Koreans, or is
this proof that talking to your enemies can bring positive results?
