Gas prices are all fixed

For conspiracy buffs, it's a welcome bit of evidence that price-fixing at the gas pump does exist, even if only at the local level.

The largest fine was 1.8 million against the Ultramar company.
Thats pennies and spare change compared to the profit they make from increasing their prices.

Do you really think ONLY these companies in Quebec are doing this? HA!
