Colostrum Supplements

Does anyone have experience with this stuff? It sounds very beneficial.

I actually took it for awhile while I was in a bulking phase in the gym. It helps with insulin.

What are you using it for?

I am not using it yet, but it sounds like something very useful for boosting the immune system. For health. This dude told me about it. he said it helped his son with his allergies.

I just know that I've never ever been sick since I've been active in training and exercise.
