How do I send (not reply to, but send) a u2u?

I know how to respond to a u2u if somebody else sends it to me ... but not how to send one.

Where is the place to send a u2u?

Look at the bottom of each post theres a line of...Buttons

Friend, Foe, profile, posts, SENDU2U, alert

If you can find a post from the person you have to look then up (i believe)
