Hey william or bob or Simon How about a contest for the best theme made by a user. Could anyone do it or do you have to have the XMBprogram???????

I broached this subjec a while ago. I was told that you need mod access to create themes. However I was sent the code so I could manually change the theme. As of lately, I haven't had time to do any tinkering.
