I cant really say how credible this is it was sent to me, But if true its really not surprising all things considered, Unfortunately they did allow an attack to get through "just to remind us" It's called 9/11,
How can anyone actually believe an administration so stupid and inept that they can allow the largest terror attack in history to take place on American soil, Yet is so flawless that they have a 100% success rate at stopping further attacks, And still believe the first one was just a fluke?

He said it, but from watching the video of the speech, its clear that he was being facetious and was using it to illustrate a point, that being that he believes the administration has done a very good job of preventing attacks on US soil and that in doing so, it has made it difficult to sell the danger he believes we're actually in.

As always, context is everything

Regardless of the authenticity of this story, people need to understand that this is the way those in power, or more importantly the think tanks that guide the decisions of those in power, think. It's all psychological.

These people are twisted to the very core.

Think about it...if Clinton couldn't do it, what makes you think Bush was better at preventing terrorist attacks? What measures did Bush take to prevent any attacks on U.S. soil since 9/11? How about terrorist attacks overseas? Any of them successful like the 98 Embassy attacks or Khobar Towers in 96?
