Hello Everyone-I was finally able to take some pictures of Archuleta and also some of the town of Dulce. The photos I have taken of Archuleta really do not do it any justice. This mtn. is HUGE and extends pretty far. Also, I hope I followed the guidelines on posting these pictures. If not, please delete this and I will repost.

1-This road goes down to the Navajo river and also leads to one of the many roads to get up to the tower on Archuleta

2-Archuleta Mesa in backround

3-Archuleta

4-Archuleta again

5-Some of Dulce..

6-This is pretty much the main road in Dulce. The High School is the building to the right

Thanks LaBella for those wonderful photos of the Land of Enchantment.
I feel it is a blessing to live and be surrounded by such rich, colorful and wonderful, diverse landscape that we enjoy in New Mexico.

Dont know why but another mountain popped into my head when viewing your picture number three. That is Diamond Head in Hawaii it was actually used as a bunker during WWII and has tunnels and hardened points all throughout it. Very cool place to visit.
