Nazis In Space For film "Iron Sky"

I came across this news story and thought it might be interesting to discuss.

The film sets up the premise that in 1945 a Nazi regiment took off in rockets from Antarctica and set up base on the dark side of the moon. In 2018, they decide its time to come back.

The trailer features Luftwaffe "discs". The return date would of been much more interesting had it been 2012 rather than 2018.

Here's an interesting fact, I hope the film makes are aware of.

Operation Highjump, a large Antarctic expedition made up of almost 5,000 military personnel and 13 naval vessels, abruptly ended six months early in Feb 1947. The task force was rushed back to the United States.

Just four months later something bizarre crashed near Roswell, New Mexico.

There is more to the story of that Antarctic "expedidtion." Some say it was the last battle of WWII. That the Allies knew the Nazis had set up a secret base in Antarctica, largely underground. Obviously then, this is where the Nazis would have fled to with all their most secret technology. It is also easily accesible to and from the known Nazi fleeing grounds of South America. I'll post more on that if I can remember more of the story.

Interesting concept for a conspiracy movie!
Looks like it will be limited budget though
as it`s a net movie,but looks like it could be fun.
