I was driving to work the other day and happened to be listening to ABC Radio News here in Australia and I nearly drove over an embankment when I
heard the News Presenter say that Al Qaeda forces had attacked an American Unit in Iraq.
Since when did the insurgency "Buzz" word they were using transform into Al Qaeda ? how stupid is the average Joe Blow on the street to fall for
this bait and switch tactic ? well my whole car pool did so I guess it worked.
Sometimes I think people want to be fooled so they can get on with their simplistic life and relax knowing that Big Brother has total control of
everything and they shouldn't worry.
I was under the impression that Sadr's Army ( which is Iraqi ) was providing all the resistance to the imperial invaders and not Bin Laden..guess
alot of people are easily fooled.
