UFO Video. Is this real or fake?

Ok. I'll start by saying that I've searched for a bit and couldn't find this video here, but it may have already been posted somewhere. To be honest, I wasnt entirely sure what to search for. I just saw this video and wondered if there was a backstory on it or what. If its already been posted then does anyone know the thread link?
