Everything is bigger in Texas. So it should surprise no one that state officials and CPS have royally bungled the largest taking of children in the country’s history. It is shocking to see the disregard for civil rights displayed all around.

So called “individual” hearings started yesterday and they are anything but “individual”. Boilerplate templates, vague requirements, judges asking rather than telling CPS what to do and general chaos define these “individual” hearings.

The state has officially dropped the bogus case that started it all.

I think more women in the state and countyr need to realize this a major infringement on the rights of women and mothers in particular. CPS is forcing these is women forcing these women to move sometimes as much 400 miles away from their homes. CPS wants to test both the women and their children for their vocational abilities. Does this mean CPS will determine what jobs they should hold. If they do not get job CPS wants to terminate their rights as parents. The basis for all this is a prank phonecall. If you do not find this case scary you should.
