THE shooting of a police officer in a deadly gunfight has sparked fresh calls for police to be armed with semi-automatic pistols.

Senior Constable David McHenry was shot in the leg as he tried to reload his antiquated six-shot revolver while under fire from violent criminal Samir Ograzden.

I can understand that Police need to protect themselves, so it will be interesting to see just how much firepower our Police (on the beat) will be allowed to carry in the future.

As much as I trust the Police, I don't trust the police - if you get what I mean... Ultimately, Police are tools for the New World Order, as they are instructed to uphold the law, even if the laws are unjust, evil or set by power-crazed lunatics.
