So your parent can go to jail if you don't get a diploma now?

www.msnbc.msn.com... What are your thoughts on this? How would you feel if one of your friend's dad went to jail because they didn't get a diploma? I didn't know that they could put someone in jail for you not getting a diploma. This is all new to me.
