DISC seeks to make ATS a great, fun, and interactive community, with the goals of debating, discussing, and/or discovering ways to change what needs to be changed and/or added, then work on feasible ways to accomplish these ideas, additions, or policies.
DISC will also incorporate the "rotation of members", so that a wide variety or a wide cross-section of members can participate. This is a selective process and unfortunitely, there is no 'place' to sign up for DISC "duty".
