Its more likeley the Aurora Spyplane is a totally different project than any other aircraft, But after hearing some of the F-117 aircraft(During development?) using parts from old fighters like the Century Series and avionics from B-52's to reduce costs, It came to mind the Aurora could be a Convair B-58 Hustler EXTENSIVLEY modified to be a totally different plane that looks and operates totally different to what it was.

The B-58 has a very triangular delta shape, Capsule ejection seats(which would be ideal for Mach 3+ wind blasts) and the similar size to what the Aurora is supposed to be. Plus if it had sections/parts angled and coated in RAM paint, it could do the job.

Not trying to convince anyone its true but it could be possible.
