This video is a stumbling block for me; for once again there is too much pixilation via YouTube. It's quite 'offensive' for us myopic viewers to figure out if this cloud formation is a 'contrail' or a 'chemtrail'.

sorry but you have a contrail in your Vid. And there is no proof that chemtrails even exist.
