Who needs an avatar?

Here is a cool site for free avatars- maybe this will help some new members.
Check out the 100 x 100's- click on the one you like and cut the url- and paste the url to your settings. Very simple and their site is dependable.

please, anyone, can this be resized so I can use it as my avatar, it's just a bit too wide . I just like the whole alien/ panther/butterfly/mothman look of it.I think it's kinda friendly cause it's waving.
can anyone do it for me or let me know how it's done.I will just use it as a smaller image otherwise, but I would like it animated really.
