A friend of mine told me about the U.S. Embassy in Iraq, and how its veiled in secrecy, so I went looking for it on Google. I found the link above.
I am scouring the web to find any information about this.

Why is it the size of the Vatican?

My friend seems to think that before his term is up, the President will move there. Well, he theorizes it, I shouldn't say he thinks it.

I was hoping someone here had some better details/links about this.
