has any one got a theory on the effect of mining and shipment of materials from one part of the world to another i.e the ballance of the earth on its axis .i have spoken to several people with the same question

The total mass being moved is insignificant compared to the mass of the earth. The mass of material moved by humans is even insignificant compared to the mass moved by normal tectonic shifts, or the tides.
